Studio time

This project is a collaboration with Matter Of Time Studio, where you’re invited to book the studio and opt into the Featured Package worth £30.

Book the studio to use anytime for as long as you like with our discounts. Then get equipment provided to record.

The visual and audio will be edited for you after your session, so you will get all assets back without the hassle of processing your own footage!

This helps you to easily post online, get your set on streaming platforms and promote yourself on social media. This package offers a feature on the Matter Of Time Youtube channel and The Faded Community IG which gets a lot of views for new exposure!

The space in the heart of Shoreditch encourages DJs to bring their friends, hang out and jam.

BOOK YOUR STUDIO SESSION

The usual DJ rate to use the studio is £25 per hour. Get discounts with us

Get 2 hours for £34 OR 3 hours for £51 (that makes it £17 per hour!)
Once you book in, Matter of Time will check in if you would like to opt into the Featured Package worth £30 to get recording equipment and editing

If you don’t need the full 2-3 hours then invite other DJs mates to split the time! Have a full jam session however you want. The Featured Package will be per set as a lot of work is involved. You can be your own set or b2b b3b ….

    This is a studio space with a couch and seating, byo food, snacks and drinks to fully immerse and jam

  • For as long as your booking.

    Matter of Time will provide the recording equipment if you have opted into the Featured Package.

    We will cut and edit the set according to your play time!

  • The DJ equipment in the studio is XDJ-XZ

    For Featured Package:

    Record straight away on to a second USB plugged into the machine with the official Faded USB

    There is a provided Go-Pro for use with Faded Society SD card only.

    There's also a ring light and sunset light to use.

    The Go Pro will be plugged in to charge for the whole session so you won't need to worry.

    The visual recordings will be edited and provided as part of the Featured Package. If you post on social media, don't forget to tag @fadedsociety.ltd and @matteroftime.wav

  • The studio booking is separate to Matter Of Time.

    If you would like to opt into the Featured Package then we will invoice you the £30 separately.

    We will not be able to refund if you didn’t follow provided instructions to get your recordings to us safely.

  • The space must be packed up and left neatly the way you've found it when you walk in.

    Someone from the studio management will be there to lock up at night so if any DJs are reported to have damaged any equipment or the space then they will be immediately removed from The Faded Community opportunities and database.

    Please take care of the space and equipment provided like it's your house.

FEATURED PACKAGE

  • £30 per recording session to include all the listed services and features

    • Mastered MP3 + album cover

    • Colour graded Youtube + artwork cover

    • Colour graded Carousel + artwork cover

    • Colour graded Reel + artwork cover

    • Featured on Faded Society channels and Matter of Time Youtube


    Lead time is up to 10 days to process and edit from the date of the session.

  • Get your audio checked and mastered ready to be use on any music sharing platforms.

    There will be a Faded USB provided at the studio to plug in and record on. This will be collected by the Faded Society team at the studio.

  • The entire Go-Pro footage will be edited and colour-graded. It will also be cut into different ratios:

    • 9:16 for Reels. This will be cropped and ready to use for Instagram or Tiktok

    • 16:9 for Carousels or platforms like Youtube

  • Get featured with a collab tag invitation by @TheFadedCommunity Instagram account with a Reel or Carousel post from your recording.

  • Get featured on their Youtube channel with the likes of Jess Hands and so many other up & coming DJs.

    There will be a dedicated Faded Sessions playlist on the channel to archive and browse.
